After breaking several box office records, Barbie will be coming to streaming services very soon.
The fantasy comedy, directed by Greta Gerwig and starring Margot Robbie and Ryan Gosling, became the highest-grossing film in Warner Bros. history. It’s also on track to surpass the Super Mario Bros. movie. As the highest-grossing film of 2023 worldwide.
Barbie will be released digitally in the US on Tuesday, September 5. A UK release date has yet to be announced, although you can pre-order it on Amazon UK.
The film will be available to rent or purchase at several retailers, including Amazon Prime Video, Microsoft Store, Apple TV+ and others. In the United States, Barbie will arrive on the streaming service HBO Max in the fall, according to CEO David Zaslav, and is expected to eventually arrive in Latin America.
