.- Once done, you will be directed to another screen, where you have to choose the “Privacy” option.

.- When the previous step is ready, several options will appear on the screen, where you can change the privacy of “Last seen and online time”, “Profile picture” and “Information”, in each of which it is possible to select “Nobody” for more privacy, or “My contacts”, so that only the people you have added can access this information.

.- In this same section, you can also activate or deactivate the “Read confirmations” option. If you deactivate it, your contacts will not be notified when they see your messages in individual chats.

.- Here you will also find the “Groups” option, through which you can, for more security and privacy, specify that only your contacts can add you to the group.

.- In the same tab, you can also silence incoming calls from unknown numbers to increase your privacy.

.- Finally, you can also go to the “Advanced” option, where you can enable the “Protect IP address in calls” option and “Disable link previews”, which makes it difficult for people or third-party sites to deduce your location or IP address.
