It was followed by BT Group PLC (LON :), which rose 4.86%, 7.70 points to close at 166.30, then Sberbank Of Russia (LON :), which rose 4.70% or 0.80 points until the session closed at 17.70.
To the tail of the cursor is over okado group PLC (LON:) which fell 3.12% or 56.00 points to close at 1,739.50. Croda Meanwhile, International PLC (LON:) stock fell 2.96%, 299.0 points and closed at 9816.0 points. Hargreaves Lansdown PLC (LON:) stock lost 0.71%, or 9.50 points, to 1,327.50 points.
Green numbers outnumbered red on the London Stock Exchange by 1,472 to 537, and 440 were flat.

Gold futures for February delivery rose 0.61%, or 10.75, to $1,787.25 an ounce. On the other commodities front, crude oil futures for January delivery rose 2.04%, or $1.35, to settle at $67.53 a barrel, while Brent crude futures for February delivery rose 2.14%, or $1.48, to $70.71 a barrel.
GBP/USD rose 0.12% to 1.3311, while EUR/GBP fell 0.21% to 0.8504.
The dollar index fell 0.04% to 95.968.
