Land Securities Shares of Group PLC (LON :), which rose 3.19% or 21.60 points to close at 699.20, and Royal Dutch Shell PLC B (LON :), which rose 2.77% or 37.8 points to close the session at 1400.2.
To the tail of the cursor is over Hargreaves Lansdown PLC (LON:) stock fell 2.64% or 43.00 points to close at 1,588.00 points. For its part, DS Smith PLC (LON 🙂 decreased 1.71%, 7.40 points, and closed at 425.00, while International Consolidated Airlines Group SA (LON 🙂 lost 1.62%, 3, 20 points, until it ended at 194.60.
The green numbers outnumbered the red ones on the London Stock Exchange by 1,195 against 1,007, and it was 219 flat.
Gold futures for August delivery were down 0.30%, or $5.35, to $1,777.55 an ounce. In terms of other commodities, crude oil futures for August delivery fell 0.70%, or $0.51, to settle at $72.61 a barrel, while Brent crude futures for August delivery fell 0.36%, or $0.27, to $74.63 a barrel.
GBP/USD fell 0.05% to 1.3921, while EUR/GBP rose 0.07% to 0.8554.
The dollar index rose 0.08% to 91.953.
