Thousands of young people take action to enter the Maximum State House of Studies.

Morelia, Michoacan, June 12, 2023. – The exam day at the Universidad Michoacana de San Nicolás de Hidalgo (UMSNH) is going smoothly. On Monday, the evaluation of applicants in the field of exact sciences and engineering began. 2,164 people showed up for the test, and only 166 people showed up.
For the convenience of supporters, the Casa de Hidalgo occupied, in addition to using a multi-use hall, the room of the Center for Information, Art and Culture (CIAC), both located within Ciudad Universitaria. He was accompanied by students from the public safety and forensic science degrees.
Rector Yarabí Ávila González wished success to the young people who took the exam, reminding them that this day should be special in their lives given the importance of participating in this assessment to gain space and thus a way to continue your career development.
“We do things well and we want the best of them to get space in our classrooms with their efforts. I know that everyone will give their best and knowledge to make it happen,” the rector told them, before starting the day, as she was accompanied by the administrative secretaries, Javier Cervantes, and the academic, Jorge Fonseca .
The day started at 8:00 AM and ended shortly after 10:00 AM. Young people were excited and shared their experience.
