This pioneering program combines theoretical teaching through online platforms, laboratory practices and in-person classes in hospital facilities, providing students with comprehensive training.

The presentation ceremony of the methodology and its advantages took place at the facilities of the El Pilar Hospital. It was attended by Dr. Octavio Corral, Dean of the Faculty of Health Sciences of Grupo PROEDUCA; Dr. Raúl Horacio Arévalo Albores, Dean of the InterNaciones University; and Dr. Byron Godoy Gutiérrez, Administrative Medical Director of the El Pilar Hospital. Likewise, the first enrolled students, who will receive a high-quality international education, attended the event thanks to the revolutionary proposal presented by the InterNaciones organization. This alliance seeks not only to train competent professionals in the field of medicine, but also to promote the human development and social commitment of future doctors.

With a focus on the application of technology in the classroom, dialogue and tolerance as fundamental pillars, and the mandate of CEPS to grant academic degrees, this alliance is positioned as a reference in higher education in Guatemala.

This joint project confirms the commitment of both institutions to quality education, innovation in teaching, and continuous improvement in the field of health. The hybrid medical degree represents a step forward in the training of health professionals, promoting a significant change in the educational and health landscape in Guatemala.
