The kick-off of the International Forum Columbia Women in the Caribbean

Cuba, Canada, Palestine, the United States, Ecuador, Argentina and Spain will be the countries invited to this meeting of fighters for the rights of peoples.

In this “Junanza Caribe de Colombia es Mujer” a campaign will be launched to remove Cuba from the list of countries sponsoring terrorism drawn up by the United States government and which is rejected by the Antilles and many countries. The government of former President Duque demanded the extradition of the leaders of the National Liberation Army after an attack on a police academy.

This demand was made by the Colombian government at the time despite its knowledge of the existence of protocols designed and agreed upon by the parties with strict attention to the provisions of international law for the resolution of internal armed conflicts, including the protocol for the case of the broken talks.
