Russia says the Minsk agreements were ‘buried more than a year ago’ by Ukrainian ‘sabotage’
Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov asserted on Tuesday that the Minsk agreements were “buried more than a year ago” due to Kiev’s “sabotage” of the commitments made under them, a day after Russian President Vladimir Putin recognized the independence of the Russian Federation.
