Teachers and researchers in chemical sciences and technologies at UCLM learn about internationalization activities – Ciudad Real News

The activity, inaugurated by the Vice-Chancellor for Internationalization, Raul Martín, accompanied by the Dean and Internationalization Coordinator of the Faculty of Chemical Sciences and Technologies, Manuel Rodrigo and Javier Lanús, respectively, will allow teachers to get acquainted with the broad field. A range of international academic activities and research calls that they can participate in in order to promote initiatives of this kind in the same faculty, UCLM stated in a press release.

The Vice Chancellor himself was responsible for opening the day with a presentation presenting UCLM’s internationalization strategy. Subsequently, the staff of the academic institution presented invitations to internationalization addressed to PDI, a language center offer to improve and accredit the language level of PDI and experiences in teacher mobility.

Similarly, during the activity, experience in organizing the Mixed Intensive Program, short and intensive programs that use innovative methods of learning and teaching, including the use of online collaboration, will be reported; Erasmus Mundus Joint Masters, high-level integrated programs of study involving three higher education institutions from at least three different countries; and experience with joint degrees and study abroad programmes.

The workshop will conclude with a round table in which the individual interests of the attending staff on internationalization procedures and doubt resolution will be shared.
