According to Moscow, not only tourists have difficulties in obtaining visas from the UK, but also Russians who have work contracts in that country or who want to visit their relatives.
“We have raised this unacceptable situation with the British Embassy in Moscow and demanded clear explanations about the essence of the problem,” Foreign Affairs added.
The Russian diplomat described the statements of the British side that UK consular services prioritize processing visa applications for Ukrainian refugees, delaying the examination of Russian applications, as unacceptable.
