This Sunday, September 4, an exit referendum is taking place in dozens of countries around the world. In this election, Chileans must either approve or reject a proposal for a new constitution.
Due to the change of time, polling stations have already been closed in some countries and the first (unofficial) results of vote counting are being handed out.
