With both Quinones, the Mexican team entered halftime with a 0-2 lead. In the 67th minute, when Panama was doing better, a long pass from Cesar Montes reached Orbelin Pineda, who shot the ball over the Panamanian goalkeeper, making the score 0-3 and giving the “trio” peace of mind.
