The Magna Carta does not provide this framework as a standard, because indigenous peoples are indigenous peoples who were present in the country long before European colonization.

At the moment, the case is also being analyzed by the Federal Supreme Court, which, until this year, will decide whether the temporary framework thesis is valid or not.
