Israel in top ten for FDI in UK

A recent report by the UK Department for Business and Trade (DBT) indicates that in the period 2023-24, Israel has established itself as one of the top 10 European countries for foreign direct investment projects in the UK, when assessing investment per capita.

In the European countries per capita ranking, Luxembourg, Ireland and Sweden top the list, followed by Norway, Denmark, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Finland, Austria and Israel. Despite its population size, Israel managed to rank 13th overall, with a total of 19 projects this year.

According to the DBT report, 19 Israeli companies have established or expanded their presence in the UK, creating 532 new jobs. These companies come from diverse sectors such as fintech, healthcare, cybersecurity and more.
