Colombians Camila Osorio and Mariana Higuita continue to delight national tennis with good performances in the United States and Turkey respectively.
The women from Cucuta, competing in the 150th WTA Championships in Midland, defeated local Elizabeth Mandlick by parts 6-1, 7-5, and advanced to the quarterfinals of the competition being held in Texas.

Now, the Colombians will struggle to stay in ninth place, in a new round involving the third and fourth teams of Groups A, B, C and D.
