EY acquires Fabernovel to advise on digital transformation and sustainability

MADRID, July 6 (European press) –

Consulting firm Fabernovel has been acquired by professional services firm EY, an operation through which it seeks to lead advisory services in the digital transformation and sustainability processes of key European companies.

This strategic investment by EY in Western Europe aims to accelerate the growth of its turnover from 1,000 to 1,500 million dollars (between 984 and 1,475 million euros) and boost talent, from 7,500 to 10,000 employees.

In addition, the acquisition complements other previous operations such as VODW in Belgium, Cognistreamer and Greenwich in France, EtVenture in Germany, Dobermann in Sweden, Yello in Italy and Seren in the UK.

“This merger with Fabernovel is a very important strategic development for EY. It is a unique opportunity to grow and share experiences that are also essential to our customers. Our teams, whose culture is very similar and at the same time complementary, will experience an incredibly rich adventure on a human level in the service of innovation and high-impact projects,” explained EY France Managing Partner, Eric Forel.

Fabernovel has 350 employees and is located in Europe, the United States and Asia.
