Cuban actress Dianlis Brito posted on Instagram a video clip in which she reunites with family and friends with her brother, after 11 years without seeing each other.
“After 11 years without seeing the brother that life gave us,” the famous Cuban artist, who has been living in the United States for a few years, wrote on her social networks.
“We needed this meeting so much. Family!” added.
Brito took his family to Punta Cana, a popular tourist destination in the Dominican Republic frequented by Cuban immigrants, including artists. Musicians from the island and other dignitaries are seen at that place.
In various Instagram stories, Brito has shown other photos of the encounter that took place at the Meliá Caribe Beach Hotel.
The actress said her brother’s trip was “secret” because nothing could be said about it.
Together with the artist, her mother and daughter can be distinguished in the pictures.
The post received hundreds of reactions and comments of joy for a reunited family. Among them, other artists such as Hector Nawas and Yobran Luna highlighted the happiness they must have.
Carlos Enrique Almirante, Tahime Alvarino and other famous artists from the island joined the family celebration with messages of support.
