They also indicated that they plan at the dialogue table for the first session, which ends next Saturday, to “define negotiation protocols and announce the first decisions on procedures” in order to “contribute to making progress in reducing the escalation of the conflict.”
The dialogue, which will include Venezuela, Cuba and Norway as guarantor countries, and with the support of the United Nations and the Colombian Bishops’ Conference, will resume after the approval of the “Comprehensive Peace Law” in the Andean country, which aims to allow renegotiation for those who left the agreement.
