Nitro Rallycross has revealed its launch plans ahead of the inaugural series that begins on September 24th.
The competition will be broadcast to over 200 regions through 14 media partners, and will be covered by BT Sport non-exclusively in the UK. Other notable deals include global partners DAZN and YouTube, as well as NBC Sports and Peacock in the US.
Created by motorsport icon Travis Pastrana and part of Thrill One Sports Entertainment, Nitro Rallycross sees ten teams from seven car manufacturers compete on dedicated tracks across the United States.

In addition to broadcast plans, Nitro Rallycross has revealed that Laurette Nicoll will be joining the previously announced team of Andrew Coley and Jarod DeAnda as track reporter. Previously he held similar positions at Nitro World Games, X Games, Formula Drift, EnduroCross and Global Rallycross. A celebrity journalist will assemble the broadcast team, with figure skating legend Todd Richards on the first weekend.

While the first season of Nitro Rallycross will take place in the US, there are plans for the 2022 campaign to visit Europe and the Middle East as well. It will also introduce the FC1-X electric supercar for the second season.
