(TELEMUNDO ATLANTA). Brad Pitt surprised on the red carpet by replacing traditional pants with a skirt, at the premiere of his new movie Bullet Train in Berlin.
The 58-year-old award-winning actor broke masculine norms and took a bold step by pairing a brown linen jacket with a matching knee-length skirt. as completed a look Wear sunglasses and dark shoes.
When asked why she wore this outfit on the red carpet, the Hollywood legend said, “Breze, breeze!”
Pitt, who stars in the film alongside Sandra Bullock, Joey King and Aaron Taylor-Johnson, donned the suit to the UK premiere, where he joked that he “highly recommends” the shapely skirt for British men.
“I will say everything because of the breeze,” he added. “The breeze is very beautiful.. very very beautiful.” Europe is experiencing a heat wave in recent days, and the temperature in Berlin has reached 30 degrees.
Pete isn’t the first actor to choose a funky costume for a publicity event in Germany. Moon Knight star Oscar Isaac has already been photographed wearing a skirt at the Marvel series premiere, in both Berlin and London.
For the London event, actor Oscar Isaac, also known for his role in the Star Wars films, wore a slate gray costume by Thom Browne, which included a matching jacket and pleated skirt, also knee-length.
Celebrities like Harry Styles and Jared Leto have also opted for more unusual styles.
Bullet Train hits theaters August 5 and stars Sandra Bullock, Joey King, Zazzie Beetz, and Bad Bunny. It is a story that follows five assassins who are assigned different but related tasks. Pete plays “Ladybug”, a hitman out of luck.
