Bill Gosling Outsourcing will hire 300 people in Costa Rica during the first quarter of 2023

Canadian company Bill Gosling Outsourcing (BGO)located in the El Cafetal Corporate Centre, in Belén de Heredia, expects to hire – during the first quarter of 2023 – 300 people who will provide support in agent and customer service functions, as well as customer service leadership roles in the United States and Canada.

This company, which arrived in Costa Rica in 2019, provides services to the fintech industries, banking, financial institutions, e-commerce, retail, automotive, and public services.

In addition, since its arrival in the country, the Canadian company provides support in areas such as: customer service, accounts receivable management, BPO (business process outsourcing), technology services and outsourcing solutions for call center training (creation and facilitation of content).

Applicants must have strategic skills related to creativity and innovation, as well as an interest in continuous learning. BGO has determined that no previous experience is required to apply for a vacancy; However, it is essential that you have, at least, a proficiency in English at B2 level.

Last December, Bill Gosling Outsourcing reached 1,000 employees in its Costa Rica operations.
