Zacatecas, Zack. – In order to fully train professionals in the field of social sciences, with the scientific knowledge and skills necessary to analyze social complexity and develop new interpretations through community development, the Academic Unit of Social Sciences (UACS) offers its residents this academic program of the Autonomous University of Zacatecas (UAZ).

The Director of the Academic Social Sciences Unit, Jose Luis Hernandez, noted that this robust training in the investigation of social phenomena gives students the ability to make diagnoses and suggest solutions to social problems.
He noted that graduates can work in the fields of teaching, government consulting, public policy design, media, political parties, public and private institutions, or continue with a postgraduate degree.
In terms of infrastructure, the responsible for the Bachelor of Social Sciences, Nilovna Legaspi Coelho, confirmed that the building meets high environmental quality standards, as it has a system for generating energy from solar panels, allowing all classrooms to be equipped with air conditioning.
