Deputy Auxiliadora Martínez, chair of the Parliamentary Working Group, told La Primerísima radio that they had already consulted the draft with five parties: Liberal Independiente, Movimiento de Unidad Costeña, Alliance for the Republic, Conservatives and Constitutional Liberals (PLC).

He explained that the consultations in general were very positive, with the support of the majority of political parties that submitted their contributions in terms of formats and made observations on the original text.

The legislator for the ruling Sandinista National Liberation Front said, “We believe that we are on the right path, and we will continue to work.”

Lister Flores, a member of the Palestinian Legislative Council, the second most voting power in the 2016 general elections, confirmed that this organization was able to provide its contributions to the legal text, and supported the expected punishment for political transfusion in addition to the inclusion of gender. equality.

The FSLN, which has an absolute majority in the legislature, introduced the reform initiative as well as the Elections Act (331), the legal text that should govern the process leading to the November 7, November 12 general elections.
