Peru’s natural beauty can be admired in the heart of Hanoi (+Photos)

The diplomat made the remarks while opening the photo exhibition “Explore Peru: A Visual Narrative of the Coast, Mountains and Forests” in a gallery next to the symbolic Hoan Kiem Lake, which was attended by the Deputy Director of the Department of International Cooperation of the Peruvian Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Sports, Tran Nhat Hoang.

He said that this exhibition, which includes some of the most important gems of Peruvian nature, is also a testament to the deep relationship that has developed over the past thirty years between our two countries, and a call to preserve the environment and natural resources.

The exhibition consists of 29 photographs in which one can see the beauty of the most representative landscapes and the diversity of fauna and flora found in the protected natural areas of that Andean country.

As the ambassador herself explained, the photos are provided by the National Service for State-Protected Natural Areas and represent the government’s efforts to preserve and enhance the country’s natural heritage.

He pointed out that they also seek to raise awareness about the need to join efforts to protect biodiversity.

The diplomat said the exhibition is expected to become a space for cultural interaction and exchange, to bring Peru’s image closer to the Vietnamese people, promote national tourism, and further deepen the excellent traditional friendship between the two peoples.

In the photo gallery, the public can appreciate the beauty of some of Peru’s natural gems, including the Huascarán National Parks in the Cordillera Blanca and the Manu National Parks, one of the places with the greatest biodiversity in the world and both recognized by UNESCO as a natural heritage of humanity.
