This was reported by the Head of the Evaluation Directorate of the Undersecretary of Education of Tamaulipas, Nohemi González Barragán, explaining that this evaluation aims to enhance and improve the learning of primary and secondary education students in Tamaulipas, as part of actions promoted by the state government, under the guidance of Américo Villarreal Anaya, with the aim of continuing to transform the sector. González Barragán pointed out that “Tamaulipas Learn” is a tool that is applied at the end of each school year and consists of tools such as tests that students must answer, as well as questionnaires directed to members of the educational community, such as teachers, principals, mothers and guardians, who collect information about Different factors of the teaching process.

The evaluation is being implemented during the period from June 4 to June 7 of this year for the benefit of 59,834 students in the third grade from 2,307 schools, and for 60,697 students in the sixth grade of primary school, in 2,314 educational institutions. In addition to 53,745 male and female students from 816 secondary schools.

The applied tests are designed to measure the level of basic learning development in language, communication, mathematics and science, in the third and sixth grades of primary school, and the third grade of secondary school, corresponding to the close of the curriculum and educational units.
