Game Freak has announced that the adventures in Paldea will not end as Pokémon Scarlet and Purple will have a new epilogue with new Pokémon.
A few weeks ago, Game Freak released the DLC for Pokemon Scarlet and purple. However, the update does not stop there as it wants to put a little more pressure on the ninth generation by adding more content in a new epilogue.
Thus, returning characters have been announced and new Pokémon may be added. It’s the first time Game Freak has done something like this, and although Pokémon Sword and Shield also got separate DLC, the latter brings the story to a close.

However, this time, we will have more of a story than we expected. The trailer for the upcoming epilogue gives players a look at the colorful cast of characters, including Damián, Mencia, and many more.

The Pokemon Company has shared a trailer On his YouTube channel It reveals that the finale of Pokémon Scarlet and Purple will premiere on January 11, 2024.

They tell us along with the trailer that we will have a “new adventure.” This means that it seems fairly certain that we will return to the Indigo Disk host and perhaps be about to explore more of the mysteries buried in Noroteo.

Likewise, some recent leaks may point to the arrival of legendary Pokemon, and the promotional images seem to indicate that. In these we can see how the camera hovers over a pink object reminiscent of the Pokemon hinted at next to the three legendary creatures of Norutio.
We’ll have to wait and see what the next epilogue has in store, but it seems to fit in perfectly with the story of Pokémon Scarlet and Purple.
For all these reasons, we encourage you to finish the DLC story before that date to ensure you don’t leave anything behind.
