China emphasizes mutually beneficial cooperation with Vietnam

The spokesman said that during President Xi’s upcoming visit to Vietnam, scheduled for the next two days, the leaders of the two countries will exchange views on deepening bilateral relations.

In fact, the visitor will hold separate talks with the General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Nguyen Phu Trong; And with President Vu Van Thuong.

As part of his agenda, meetings are also scheduled with Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and National Assembly Speaker Vuong Dinh Hue.

The Asian Foreign Ministry announced that “promoting unity and friendship, as well as deepening mutually beneficial cooperation between China and Vietnam, is in line with the common interests of both sides and contributes to maintaining regional and global peace, stability and prosperity.” giant.

Xi’s last visit to Vietnam was in 2017, when he attended the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation summit in the coastal city of Danang.
