Intense campaigning continues in India for state elections

There are only a few days left until the end of the period in the state of Madhya Pradesh, and the political groups and their election bets are sparing no effort in winning over the voters of the state, whose elections will be held on November 17.

In that region, the leaders of that organization, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Chief Amit Shah, as well as officials from the central and local governments, will try to direct the sympathy of the votes towards the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). ).

Rahul Gandhi and former Prime Minister Kamal Nath, among other Indian National Congress leaders, will also campaign in Madhya Pradesh, as will representatives of the Samajwadi, Bahujan Samaj, Aam Aadmi, Gondwana Jantantra parties and independent candidates.

In addition, Modi will travel to Chhattisgarh, where the elections will be held, in their second and final phase, next Friday.

Likewise, Congress leader and Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel is holding public meetings in different districts of the state and visits by senior leader Priyanka Gandhi and Rahul to the district are scheduled to take place on November 14 and 15 respectively.

On the other hand, the scene is similar in Rajasthan ahead of the elections scheduled for the 25th of this month, in which candidates of the Bharatiya Janata Party, Congress, Bahujan Samaj Party and Rashtriya Loktantrik Party will compete for 200 legislative seats.

Another strong competitor is the Communist Party of India (Marxist), which is very active, especially in areas where there are large union movements and farming communities, and its focus is on issues such as land reform, labor rights, and social justice.

Finally, after the Diwali break, election campaigning resumed on Monday in Telangana, where elections will be held on November 30.

The Bharatiya Janata Party has prepared a calendar to present its leaders in that state during the week, led by Modi, who will conduct extensive tours and public meetings over the course of three days.

Likewise, Bharat Rashtra Samithi Party chief Chandrasekhar Rao, Labor Party chief K Taraka Ramarao and Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen Asaduddin Owaisi will try to encourage voting in Telagana for their political organisations.

Congress members Rahul and Priyanka Gandhi are expected to remain in the state until the election campaign ends.
