The President of the Granada Provincial Council, Francis Rodríguez, took stock on Monday of the government’s first 100 days at the helm of the regional institution, a period during which, as he emphasized, the regional council had become an “ally of the city councils” and had opted for public works with investments amounting to around eight million euros, while already working on Preparing an “expansive” and “realistic” budget that is “compatible with the needs of citizens.”

Francis Rodriguez has weighed in on the Regional Council’s commitment to collect garbage in provinces where taxpayers pay as little as possible, a context in which he expressed regret at the rate imposed by the Government of Spain.

In the field of tourism, the Chairman of the Provincial Council called for not wasting the many attractions of the province and the need for good rail and air connections, although he was against the subsidy model to attract flights.
