Walmart stores will close early in the United States

In the United States, one of the favorite stores among customers to make various purchases related to household products is Walmart.

Thousands of people come to its facilities daily in search of essential items for daily life. But their large influx of audiences in particular also put them in the crosshairs of organized crime.

For this reason, the American company decided to make some very radical decisions. Among them is the closure of many of its branches earlier.

The fact is that this panorama is currently affecting several states in North America such as Arkansas, Georgia, Florida, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota and New Mexico. They are joined by Oregon, Texas, Washington, Wisconsin and the District of Columbia.

In this sense, schedule changes are being decided at the moment, but only for some headquarters located in Atlanta, Georgia.

As many of you already know, Walmart’s regular business hours are 11:00 PM to close. However, in Atlanta, four stores will close two hours earlier than usual, at 9:00 p.m.

Which stores are affected by this measure?

Five stores will adjust their closing times with this new implementation. Therefore: The specific titles are as follows.

In Union City, at 4735 Jonesboro Road, the facility there will close early. Likewise, the store in Lithonia, at 5401 Ferrington Road, will do so as well.

In addition, the site is located on Old National Highway 6149 in the city of College Park. Finally, the store, located at 844 Cleveland Street, in Atlanta, will close early.

It is important to clarify that there is no known official reason to justify the decision to close these Walmart locations earlier. However, the most frequently discussed hypothesis is that it is a response to vandalism and organized crime in stores.
