Andrea Coselli, former CEO of the UK Capital Markets Authority, will join Keystone as Co-Head of Europe

Dr Koselli, a European expert on antitrust and competition economics, was chief executive of the UK’s Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) for six years until last July. He will co-lead the company’s European expansion with Christina Cavarawhich established Keystone’s European operations earlier this year with a full service of antitrust, economics and technology advisory.

Prior to joining the CMA as a member of the Executive Board in 2013, Dr Koselli was Director of Competition Economics at Ofcom (the UK’s communications and media regulator) and Partner at Charles River Associates. He holds a PhD in economics from the University of Stanford.
