Through a press release, the statutory entity informed that in the face of heavy rains, floods, river floods, stream floods, landslides, landslides and any other disaster, it will have its forces and means in places of danger to the population.
Likewise, it means that they will prioritize the most dangerous areas, in which they will conduct surveillance, patrols, checkpoints, fences, perimeter closures, fixed points and traffic regulation.
The rule establishes protective insurance in places such as: streams, rivers, streams or waterways with the possibility of flooding, bridges and highways.
They will also ensure intersections or roads with the potential for damage and flooding, as well as the potential for trees to be cut down or infrastructure to collapse.
Likewise, the action of the Nicaraguan police imposes traffic restrictions in places with a high risk of vehicles and animal traction, as well as pedestrians and riders.
Other regulations relate to traffic on highways, streets, and roads affected by rain or flood.
The police establishment stressed the need to protect the population, with priority given to the most vulnerable groups, including children, the elderly and people with disabilities.
