The African Atex United team reported this afternoon that there are more than 10 South African athletes in Italy Waiting for a visa that would allow him to travel to North America.
So Olympic and world champion Michael Johnson commented: “I heard that many athletes cannot come to the United States due to visa problems. I am sure we will find out in the next few days the extent of this problem. If it is true…….” However, he later stated that everything is resolved.
Despite the afflicted visa issues #WCHOregon22 (which is really shocking), most of the athletes are here and the competition must be amazing!
