One of the highlights of the World Athletics Championships to be held in Belgrade, Serbia, is undoubtedly the women’s triple jump final, where More or less Olympic champion Yulimar Rojas.

Yulimar in the World Cup Finals

Throughout her most prolific career in athletics, Yulimar Rojas has competed in four world championships in athletics, two indoors and two outdoors, specifically in each one of her Creole gold-medal entries.


The first of its kind will take place at the 2016 World Indoor Athletics Championships, which was held in Portland, USA, at that time the Creole jumped with a total of 14.41 metres. At the second World Cup held in 2017, in London, Creole showed her improvement by achieving a mark of 14.91 metres.

In their third World Cup Final, last time indoors, the Creoles traveled to Birmingham, UK, Creoles won the gold again by reaching a total of 14.63 metres. During the last World Cup in Doha in 2019, Rojas completed the 15.37 metres.


However, Rojas’ big jump came at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, when he broke the new world and Olympic record by jumping a total of 15.67 metres.
