Cuba and Honduras confirm their willingness to deepen relations

Havana, January 28 (ACN) Vice President Cuba, Salvador Valdes Mesa and President Honduras, Xiomara Castro, ratify the will to deepen bilateral relationsNotify the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the island.

The Cuban Vice President wrote on Twitter that at the meeting he conveyed to the President of Honduras the greetings of General Raul Castro and the President of Cuba, Miguel Diaz-Canel.

“I conveyed to the President of Honduras the solidarity greetings of Army General Raúl Castro Ruz, First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and President of the Republic Miguel Diaz-Canel Bermúdez,” he wrote on Twitter.

In another tweet, he said he expressed to the new Honduran president the desire to resume and expand bilateral relations between the two countries, and push forward economic and trade cooperation.

“I expressed to the President of XiomaraCastroZ the desire to resume and expand bilateral relations between the two countries, as well as to strengthen economic and trade cooperation.”

Valdes Mesa wished Xiomara Castro success in his administration, and stated that he welcomed his electoral victory with enthusiasm and sympathy.
