The Museum of Natural Sciences opened a new exhibition

Enabled temporary exhibition “Love, Conflict and Commitment between Flowers and Their Pollinators” at the Amado Bonpland Museum of Natural Sciences (Avenida General San Martín at 100). It can be visited throughout the month of December.

This specimen is part of the “Unne en el medio” program, implemented by researchers Adán Alberto Ávalos and Mariela Núñez Florentín from the Instituto Botánica del Nordeste (Ibone).

“Love, Conflict, and Commitment Between Flowers and Their Pollinators” deals with the interaction of plant pollinators, in which both benefit, but as in any relationship, not everything is rosy. The interests of plants vary greatly.

The Amado Bonpland Museum is open Tuesday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.; From 2 pm to 8 pm Saturday and Sunday from 4 pm to 7 pm.

It should be noted that Ibone, through the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences, is developing the project “Botany and the flora of Corrientes out into society through coordinated work with museums”, which consists of a series of exhibitions at the Amado Bonpland Museums of Fine Arts and Natural Sciences in Corrientes. This time it is the last show of the year.
