The picture feels like it’s out of a superhero movie: Wearing a powered suit, inventor and former volunteer Richard Browning takes off and lands on top of a jeep and truck with great agility, just on the propulsion of his ‘jet suit’.
The Briton shows his invention to the British Armed Forces, who from the neighboring balcony admired the skill of the founder of Gravity Industries, known as the “real iron man”.
In fact, the British Royal Navy itself a few months ago tested this device, facilitating the boarding of moving ships at sea, among other uses.
Additionally, Gravity Industries’ invention holds a Guinness World Record for fastest flight in a body-controlled suit at 135 kilometers per hour, as of November 2019.
