A 22-year-old passenger caused havoc on a flight from Philadelphia to Miami, having to tie him to the plane seat with duct tape when the situation got out of hand.
The young man was identified as Maxwell Berry, and the young man was arrested on three counts of battery. The accidents occurred during a Frontier Airlines flight on July 31, it is reported 10 local news.
One passenger on that flight pulled out his cell phone to record what had happened. “He started behaving aggressively and basically attacking the flight attendant,” he said.
According to the arrest report, Berry, who allegedly drank various alcoholic beverages during the flight, also touched the breasts of two female flight attendants.
“I was filming and stopped to help the flight attendant subdue the drunk. Two passengers, me and my nephew. But then he stopped fighting. Typical behavior of a drunk. Then they put duct tape over his mouth because he kept saying obscene words,” said the passenger who recorded the incident on social media.
