Caporetto, Guardian of the Mountain, the second animated film for boys and girls made in Venezuela, is one of the films that will compete from July 19-25, in the 17th edition of the Venezuelan Film Festival.
The animation, directed by Vivica Baez, tells an ecological story in 3D, defending endangered species from the Venezuelan Andes, and stars Caporetto, an orphaned Frontine bear, due to poaching, who is protected by animals and other characters from the Andes. Nature, who are fighting for their habitat.
Also besides animation, Misión H2O, written by Alvaro Cáceres, Caporetto, is part of 39 works: 29 short films, 6 feature films and 4 documentaries, which this year will be available to the public almost and in person, in Trasnocho Cultural Center of Caracas; Tullio Febres Cordero Cultural Center, Tia Nicota, La Capilania and Hotel La Pedragosa, in Mérida; And through the Cine Mestizo platform, Karina Gomez, the meeting director, reported.
